Usain Bolt endorses Gore HomesAmbassador the Honorable Usain Bolt, O.J. the World’s Fastest Man endorses Gore Developments Limited and its Florence Hall project in Trelawny.

Ambassador Bolt himself a Trelawnian was hosted at an intimate ceremony along with his parents to launch the new enlarged 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms house at Florence Hall by Chairman Phillip Gore and Managing Director Christopher Gore along with members of the Gore Developments Limited Team.

The new bigger house also features in addition to the new second bathroom, an enclosed laundry. The Florence Hall project is the third Billion Dollar investment by Gore Developments Limited on the North Coast and comprises 828 2 bedroom houses starting at a selling price of $6,600,000.00 Jamaican Dollars for the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house and $7,500,000.00 for the new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house.

Mr. Phillip Gore in welcoming Ambassador Bolt and his parents Mr. & Mrs. Bolt to Florence Hall also announced Gore Developments Limited partnership with Usain Bolt’s Foundation to improve the William Knibb High School, the Alma Mata of Ambassador Bolt.

Mr. Gore pointed out that his Company’s long standing support of education and sports especially in communities adjoining its projects made the William Knibb Project an easy fit for Gore Developments Limited.
