After earning his business degree at the University of Miami in the early 90s, Christopher Gore returned to Jamaica to join the family business and has developed a stellar reputation within the building community.
For the past 17½ years as Director of the Gore Group of Companies and Project Manager of Gore Developments Limited, his leadership, integrity and outstanding financial acumen have significantly contributed to making Gore Developments Limited the largest privately held development firm in the Caribbean, while making the dream of home ownership a reality for thousands of individuals and families.
In his role as Project Manager for Gore Developments Ltd., Mr. Gore is involved in every aspect of the company’s planning activities and he provides leadership and overall guidance in both the administration and operation of the company. He establishes budget and project schedules, participates in cost estimates, reviews and monitors all design and/or construction documents and schedules, negotiates and awards subcontracts and material purchases. He also initiates and obtains permits and monitors all change orders. In addition to conducting daily and weekly meetings with staff, Mr. Gore directs every step of the company policy regarding work environment, administration, accounting, purchasing, reporting and human resources. Mr. Gore actively participates in various industry associations, most recently accepting an appointment as the deputy Chairman of the Jamaica Developers Association.

After spending several years working in the legal profession at the prestigious Kingston-based law firm of Myers, Fletcher and Gordon, Mr. Ottey joined Gore Developments Limited and helped to build the company’s Accounting Department.
Mr. Ottey uses his talent for figures and his attention to detail to make sure that all of the complex financial transactions of the business operate efficiently and smoothly.
Mr. Ottey’s sister, track star Merlene Ottey, is well known to Jamaicans the world over, having won three silver and six bronze Olympic medals across her storied career.
Miss Wilson brings 25 years of experience in accounting - 16 of those in the specialized field of construction accounting - to the task of ensuring that all of the company’s cost controls and financial reporting are in place.
A Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), Miss Wilson applies her considerable expertise and facility with figures and finances on a daily basis to help ensure that the firm operates smoothly and efficiently in all phases.
The proud mother of one, Miss Wilson is also an avid tennis player and stays in shape with regular visits to the gym.
Mr. Perez brings over 27 years of experience in the construction business to his role at Gore Developments Limited, having overseen the successful completion of thousands of single family homes across the island, as well as a luxury hotel property.
Originally from Havana, Cuba, Mr. Perez studied Industrial Engineering and Physics at the University of Havana before settling in Jamaica.
Currently Mr. Perez serves as the Construction Manager for the New Harbour II development just outside of Kingston. In this capacity, he is responsible for the smooth running and day-to-day operations of a site that will eventually house 1,388 homes, along with all of the roads, drains, plumbing and infrastructure that a development of this magnitude entails.
In his spare time, Mr. Perez enjoys the company of his wife and two children—as well as reading, playing tennis and gardening.
As the Project Manager for Gore Developments Ltd. Mr. Israel Pinchas schedules and coordinates all design and construction from the conceptual development stage to final construction, making sure that each project gets completed on time and within budget.
Mr. Pinchas determines the labor requirements of the project and supervises all site preparation, including: clearing and excavation of the land, installation of storm drains and sewage systems, landscaping and road construction, foundations and structural framework, floors, walls, windows, roofs, electrical, plumbing and installation of solar water heating systems.
Mr. Pinchas’ goal is to bring excellence to the job site, in every possible manifestation: safety, attitude, quality, and customer service. Due to his diligence and hard work in supervising the entire construction process Mr. Pinchers consistently completes his jobs ahead of schedule, winning the respect of our clients, our subcontractors and their employees. Mr. Pinchas is committed to ensuring that all site infrastructure meets and exceeds construction standards and applies the same diligence for quality work to every finish detail of each Gore Home. Often on call 24hrs a day Mr. Pinchas is a key member of the Gore Developments Management Team.
A native of Israel, Mr. Pinchas completed his national service in the Israeli Defense Force where he attained the highest possible rank in the prestigious Para Troop Unit. Mr. Pinchas then attended the Ort Kfar Saba College where he earned a Project Management Diploma. After graduating Mr. Pinchas moved to Jamaica and embarked upon a fast-ascending career in Construction and Project Management.
Before joining Gore Developments Ltd. in 2002 he worked with Jamaica Drip Irrigation Limited, Consolidated Cigar Company and Worthy Park Farms. Mr. Pinchas is committed to furthering his education and is currently in the process of obtaining his Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the well-respected Project Management Institute. Mr. Pinchas has made Jamaica his home and is a devoted husband and father of three who shares the same passion for sports as the rest of the Management Team.
