If you are interested in applying to purchase your very own Gore Home, there are a number of steps that you will need to take. These include:

• Submit your interest through our website
• Look out for an email we will send you with application details, when we are ready to launch a new development
• Gather all required documents
• Submit an application on the specified launch date
• Select a lot
• Pay the downpayment
• Sign the Sales Agreement

    Yes, you can expand to the back of the detached houses. Each homeowner must work with the required professionals to create their plans and apply for Parish Council approval.

  • Will Gore Homes build my addition?

    Gore Homes will not build additions to our standard houses. Homeowners can find and engage a reputable contractor to do any desired additions to their houses. It will be necessary to apply for Parish Council approval.

  • Would you be allowed to build a two story structure at the back?

    The space and rules for each community will vary. Check with our site office to get the exact specifications for your property. Before building any addition or new structure on your land, it will be necessary to apply to the Parish Council for approval.

  • Are the homes constructed of solid concrete?

    Yes, each of our Gore Homes feature solid concrete construction throughout, as well as solid concrete roofs.

  • Can I see what my Gore Home actually looks like?

    You can visit our sites to view our model units, or look at our virtual tours online. This will show you an example of what your finished house will look like.

  • Can I buy my Gore Home with another person?

    Yes, as long as all purchasers meet the criteria for purchasing a property, you can have up to three purchasers on a Gore Home.

  • Will there be escalations charged on my purchase of a Gore Home?

    Gore Homes are sold "subject to escalations." This means that we reserve the right to pass along certain unavoidable costs as part of the final price of the transaction. These can include anything from increases in construction materials to delays caused by acts of God.
