When applying for a Gore Home you'll need the following:
- Completed Application Form
- Valid ID (Passport, National ID, Driver’s License)
- TRN (Overseas applicants and non-nationals can apply for a TRN at: Jamaica Tax Office)
- NIS (for NHT mortgage applicants)
- Birth Certificate (for NHT applicants & persons using National ID or Driver’s License)
- Letter of Eligibility (for NHT mortgage applicants) or Pre-Approval Letter from bank.
Current & Future Developments
We expect to go to market with Phase 2 of Camelot Village in 2021. Phase 2 will have detached 960 sq. ft. 2-bedrooms 2-bathroom units. The lots for the detached houses are expected to be a minimum of 5000 sq. ft. and you can expand to the back and go up one floor on these houses.

We do not have any information on pricing for the houses in Phase 2 just yet.
The detached houses in Phase 2 will be built on a section of land, adjacent to the townhouses in Phase 1. We hope we will be able to start building the houses towards the end of 2021.
PHOENIX PARK VILLAGE II
Phoenix Park Village 2 – (3000 homes) will be built adjacent to Phoenix Park Village and is proposed to be launched in late 2023. We plan to continue to build 2 bed/1 bath and 2 bed/2 bath homes and will also offer some one bed/1bath homes.
We will not have any pricing information or details until after we get our Subdivision Approvals and are ready to break ground, which won’t be until 2023. We do have a wait list for persons who are interested in purchasing a unit in Phoenix Park Village 2. Being on the waitlist is not a guarantee to get a house, it's only to notify you that we're ready to take deposits and will sell on a first come first serve basis.
As you may know, we started building Phoenix Park Village in Greater Portmore, St. Catherine in 2017. We have sold Phases 1-2-3, and we just launched and sold out Phase-4 which will be built April 2021-April 2022. We have already closed our waiting list for the last remaining Phase – Phase 5. We expect to finish building Phoenix Park Village in 2023.
