Gore Developments Limited—also known as Gore Homes—is a family-run company that has been providing quality-built, affordable homes in Jamaica for the past 50 years. Headed by Chairman Phillip Gore, O.D., O.J., and his son, Managing Director Christopher Gore, the company has earned a reputation over the past five decades for delivering homes that live up to our strict standards of excellence, reliability and affordability. As a result, Gore Homes has grown to become the largest residential developer in the Caribbean.
Since our very first housing development in 1972, Gore Homes has designed and built more than 16,000 houses, in 19 schemes, across four of the island’s parishes. These houses have become lifelong homes, and these developments tight-knit communities for families and residents across Jamaica. Some of our past projects include, Surrey Meadows, Innswood Village and New Harbour Village 1-4 on the South Coast, as well as Bogue Village, Rhyne Park and Montego West Village on the North Coast.
