Phoenix Park Village II

Greater Portmore, St. Catherine, Jamaica

Located adjacent to the highly successful Phoenix Park Village I community in Greater Portmore, St. Catherine, just outside of Kingston, Phoenix Park Village II will offer over 3,000 houses across multiple phases. The initial three phases will feature 710 sq. ft., two-bedroom, one-bathroom homes on lots with a minimum of 2500 sq. ft. Each of these houses has the capacity to be extended to the rear. Phases 1 and 2 of this development are SOLD OUT after being launched in January 2023. Phase 3 will be launched in 2024 on a waitlist basis. The interest list for Phase 3 is closed, therefore only persons who had previously stated interest in Phase 3 will be contacted. Phoenix Park Village II will offer houses in several phases, therefore there will be more opportunities for persons to apply.
