Camelot Village is located in Discovery Bay on the north coast of Jamaica. This community features a selection of town houses and single family homes across six phases.

Phases 2 - 5 feature detached 960 sq. ft., two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes on lots with a minimum of 5000 sq. ft, many of them with stunning ocean views.

These houses can be expanded to the rear or up one floor. Also, larger lots will be available at an additional cost.

Phase 6 was launched in December 2023 and features 32 townhouses at 1312 sq. ft. (2 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms). There is air conditioning throughout and the purchase of a townhouse in Phase 6 comes with a one-year membership for up to four people to Puerto Seco Beach Club.
