The initial three phases will feature 710 sq. ft., two-bedroom, one-bathroom homes on lots with a minimum of 2500 sq. ft. Each of these houses has the capacity to be extended to the rear.
Phases 1 and 2 of this development are SOLD OUT after being launched in January 2023. Phase 3 will be launched in 2024 on a waitlist basis. The interest list for Phase 3 is closed, therefore only persons who had previously stated interest in Phase 3 will be contacted.
Phoenix Park Village II will offer houses in several phases, therefore there will be more opportunities for persons to apply.
